Our associated company DIY Financial provides a Personal Balance Sheet to both Advisors and individuals. The Balance Sheet provides a person's assets and liabilities, being shares valuations, funds valuations, bank balances, and superannuation valuations, plus the value of liabilities such margin loans and mortgages which can be matched to specific shares or real estate assets. It can include the value of credit card amounts owing.
The Personal Balance Sheet is available via the internet onto a PC, laptop, or iPhone.
Data for the Personal Balance Sheet can be entered manually, by an Advisor, or automatically if you use our shares trading facility or subscribe to certain Pricing Plans for the Personal Balance Sheet.
There are four levels of information available on the Personal Balance Sheet, from 'no charge' for a service using some data provided by DIY Financial and with manual entry for some assets and loans, through to a full service with up-to-date valuations and SMS messaging services: the four levels have monthly Payment plans.
In addition, with of a minimum of $100,000 of managed funds to DIY Financial, automated valuations will be available for up to 2 (or more) mortgages or credit cards.
